On the platform + Tram in Cadiz propose that requiring the City Council to Cadiz citizenship through their various associations, and especially this platform, participate from the outset in developing the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan that has been done in cities that have developed or are in the pipeline its corresponding PLAN. 
4. In the work and discussions for the development of Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan for the city of Cadiz cofrontarían the various models proposed tramway: the platform and the Mayor and others that may be proposed. 5. The SUSTAINABLE URBAN MOBILITY PLAN OF CADIZ or should not be limited only to the town of Cadiz not only the whole city but has to be considered and viewed in the territory of Greater Bay of Cadiz. 
6. It will have special consideration for access by the inhabitants of the Bay to the town of Cadiz, "pouch" of the Bay, and for moving them to other municipalities and other service areas: campuses, airports, shopping commercial ...
7. The plan will take into account the different modes of mobility: bicycle, train, tram, metro, tramway, boat, airplane, ... to coordinate and prioritize those that are more rapid, inexpensive and ecologically sustainable.
